Welcome to the Crossroads AMBA of Texas

Welcome to Crossroads AMBA of Texas. This chapter will provide you with the opportunity to network with others in your local area. The Crossroads chapter will serve as a “home” to those looking to expand their knowledge in billing as well as a place to build friendships.

With Crossroads AMBA of Texas, you can look forward to training seminars and fun activities. We are a non-profit organization which means all monies collected from dues, seminars and fundraisers will be used back on the members for training tools and chapter growth. Remember, this is your chapter and we are all here to succeed.

Feel free to share your ideas and make suggestions at the local chapter meetings as well as though the Yahoo email group. (Remember, you must be a member to join.)

AMBA Local Chapter President of Central Texas AMBA and National Advisory Board Member, Cheri Freeman, CMRS, of CRT Healthcare Management Systems, asked Texas Governor, Rick Perry, to proclaim March 27, 2008 as Medical Biller's Day to celebrate and recognize Medical Biller's contributions of excellence in healthcare billing.

Membership Information and Fees

You must have a National AMBA membership to join. Fees are paid annually.

$99 for an individual

$199 for a business account for up to 3 members

$59 for a student – must show proof

v $30 Annual fee for local chapter. (Proof of National membership must be provided.)

Must join Yahoo email group.
